TONI (The Ontario Name Index) – database containing nearly 14 million names referenced directly to records of individuals from across Ontario selected by name and clarifying their type of genealogical record, date and location of the reference as maintained by Ontario Ancestors/OGS
FIND-IT – database containing nearly 2 million names referenced directly to individuals transcribed from original documents in the Quinte Family History Research Centre.
LIBRARY CATALOGUE – database containing more than 2300 titles referenced directly from original documents in the Quinte Family History Research Centre. Currently in updated state, a new list will be posted soon.
SURNAME INTEREST LIST – database containing more than 4500 surnames and related researchers to contact others through the Surname Interest List Coordinator. Use the search option to find others researching a similar family connection, using either the Surname or the ID #.
CEMSEARCH – searchable database containing burial information on over 900 cemeteries in the Greater Quinte area
HASTINGS COUNTY DIRECTORY: 1860 – database containing over 8700 individuals, businesses and community organizations existing in Hastings County in 1860. This Directory contains additional information on occupations, farms, residences, businesses, products and community involvement.

A copy of the original St. Thomas’ Church baptism records are located in the Quinte Family History Research Centre.

ELECTORAL LISTS: HASTINGS-PETERBOROUGH RIDING (1935) – database of almost 17,000 names from the List of Electors in the Electoral District of Hastings-Peterborough prepared under the “Dominion Franchise Act” for the Federal Election of 1935. A search will return SURNAME, GIVEN NAME(S), OCCUPATION, POST OFFICE ADDRESS, POLLING STATION and the LIST NUMBER, as well as the location of the source document in the Quinte Family History Research Centre.
PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY BIRTHS (1869-1879) – database containing over 3000 births in Prince Edward County from 1869 to 1879. A search will return SURNAME, GIVEN NAME(S), GENDER, FATHER’S NAME, MOTHER’S MAIDEN NAME, MUNICIPALITY, FATHER’S OCCUPATION, and the PAGE NUMBER of the source document in the Quinte Family History Research Centre.
QUINTE BRANCH OBITUARY COLLECTION – database containing published obituaries in local newspapers from across the Quinte area.
OBITUARY COLLECTION BELLEVILLE EDITION – temporary database for obituaries published in Belleville newspapers, providing a resource to digitizers working on the “Obituary Collection” until the project is complete
QUINTE WEST PUBLIC LIBRARY TRENTON BMD COLLECTION – temporary database with local area records.
JOAN VAN MEER COLLECTION – temporary database while processing the Joan Van Meer Collection materials
COUNTY ATLAS PROJECT – database containing more than 15000 names referenced directly to individuals who lived in Hastings, Prince Edward and Northumberland Counties between 1874 and 1881 providing their county, township, concession and lot information as transcribed from the Canadian County Atlas Digital Project based at McGill University
