Complementary Collection at QWPL:

The Quinte West Public Library’s genealogical and local history collection strongly complements that of the Quinte Branch and includes: Assessment Rolls dating from 1891; all census records for Hastings, Prince Edward and Northumberland Counties up to 1901; Trentonian and Courier Advocate newspapers on microfilm dating from 1867 with an index to births, marriages and deaths; and access to Ancestry.com and other databases. Their catalogue can be searched online. Some of the Quinte Branch Library Holdings are added to the QWPL catalogue.
