Quinte Branch maintains a large and growing genealogy library for research by members and non-members in the Quinte Family History Research Centre.

Our library is operated by a team of experienced volunteer genealogy experts. Research can be carried out on-site during the Centre open hours or through correspondence or e-mail. Branch resources are for reference use only and do not circulate. Remote searches for “individuals of interest” are easy to identify using the Quinte Branch FIND-IT search tool to locate relevant original sources in our Research Centre.

Quinte Family History Research Centre does not charge for research assistance. We rely on memberships and donations to sustain our resources and grow our branch. If you think the research we have provided was helpful, please consider a donation to the Quinte Branch. Financial donations can be submitted following the Donate link on the main menu or by using the donation link below which will give you the option to select “QUINTE” as the receiver of your donation or by using the QR code below to the OGS Donation link. Donations of $20 or more will generate a tax receipt from Ontario Ancestors (OGS). If you prefer to send a donation by cheque, look for our mailing address in the contact section.
